The best experience ever. We called for a generator during Hurricane Beryl, and the help we received was excellent. We drove all the way from Porter, Texas, which is close to 3 hours away. The generator was paid for over the phone, and once it came in, they called us. I do not remember the ladies name, but she was there on July 9th and worked from morning till 5 or 6. She was amazing, thoughtful, kind, compassionate, and everything we needed at that moment. Thank you for all your hard work and for going above and beyond for my family in our time of need.

Worst experience in getting riding lawn mower fixed. Absurd. Charged 700.00 to change a belt. Owner would not respond after multiple attempts

Shout out to this store today and its staff. I am having to use crutches at the moment and they were so friendly and accommodating: opened the door for me, grabbed the item off of the shelf for me and and carried it to the front and then loaded it into my truck. All with a smile. Thank you for great customer service. Blessings!
