I called to make an appointment at 1:00 for a 5:45 style and cut. I was asked how did I want it cut? I showed the "stylist" a picture. What Great clips calls a simple dry cut, short on the sides and a flat top. I guess you could call it a Marine cut. The "Stylist" stated, oh I can't do that, I would have to use clippers. She then stated, I don't know how to use clippers. Now being to late to get to any other stylist, I am stuck with a ragged head of hair for family pictures in the morning at 8am.
Not sure why she asked what I wanted, if she was not capable. Very disappointed and will not return. See below for the difficult style requested...

Tammy was awesome! I called hoping they had an opening today and she just happened to have a slot if I could come right then. I did, and she was very pleasant and professional, did a great job listening to what I wanted and the cut turned out just as I pictured. I have curly/wavy hair that drives me crazy sometimes and she knew just how to handle it. I will definitely be back!

I had asked for long layers and I had a picture of the color I had wanted. Got SHORT layers, and I had explained that my hair had just started to grow back after someone else had cut off 7 inches of my hair, and black hair color with blond highlights. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVEN THOUGH ITS CLOSE TO HOME.
