Loose shipments and they don't care. Shipped personal articles from Michigan to Texas. Before the box left Michigan UPS lost it. With all the technology they have for scanning boxes they lost it. I will not recover the 300 dollar's worth stuff plus 119 dollars for shipping and packaging. Did not get one penny!

Center is located off blue mound rd . Customer service didn't advise correctly. Made the mistake of following map directions on phone, driving through intermodal pkwy . This took me to a sea of shipping trucks and many very deep potholes. Better follow the directions off through blue mound rd.

I have called for the 6th time just now about a package i need delivered since Nov 16. UPS keeps telling my address is incorrect when it is not. They “urgently notify someone to call me about the situation” and nobody calls, and still have not have my package delivered.

Not one parking spot for customers. Even loading zone had a car parked. Not one customer inside, but lot full as far as the eye could see! Customers are leaving cars double parked and having to maneuver carts through cars to load and unload large packages. It’s probably the 4th time I have been here in last couple of years. Parking has been an issue since day one! I have never seen a place of business that lets employees take up every single spot labeled for the customers! Also your phone customer service is the absolute worst. The only good part of my experience was the wonderful ladies at the Haslet center.

This is a JC Penny's shipping warehouse shipping and loading area are very fast. Not complemented.
