Why am I paying for next business day to have my package sitting for 4 days at your facility without it moving?! These expedited packages should have priority when sorting and delivered as expected, not just left to sit on a truck. I literally live in Haslet and my package arrived at this facility that’s also in Haslet but somehow still in process and my delivery date was for Feb 9 but now changed to Feb 12. I’m upset because this is an item I ordered for the Super Bowl and now it’s not even being delivered in time.

My employer sent me a package, and now I'm probably going to have to pay thousands of dollars for it because their drivers do not deliver the packages. They wont even go up to your door. Instead, they just mark it as delivered at the front door then never even show up. And as some others have said, you can't get any answers because you cannot contact the center! And the UPS Customer Service line is the worst ever. They are beyond stupld! They talk like AI. Always referring to your claim and that you have to wait several days to get any information while they reach out to the center.EDIT: I tracked down my laptop myself. The customer service hotline never told me half of the street address was not included in my shipping address. I had to go into the Center for them to tell me that. They told me 4 numbers were missing. So I followed the GPS to where it took me. Got my package. Apparently this has happened to my mother quite a few times.It also happens to other people too quite often. UPS needs to fix their issues. Stop failing to put the correct address on the labels.The lady in the Center was very nice and actually told me what to say to the Customer Service Hotline. I didn't have to though since I knew to verify the address.

its okay place I applied for job and scheduled orientation so thought had job bought new car to get there and then got rescheduled then told after filling all paperwork out background check ECT was told not good for job I wasn't hired.

Had a package that was not deliver to my house due to potential fraud. I stopped in at the customer service center and was helped right away. They had my package and very polite and courteous.

So, I have spent the last day trying to connect with either a person with answers or my package at my front door. What I have received is nothing but empty promises. I have now concluded that a major issue is going on inside of the UPS organization that needs to come to light. Customer service is nonexistent in fact I truly believe it is set up that way. Hiding behind an outsourced 800 number, a UPS My Choice® web site that does absolutely nothing and finally AI bots replying in your chat features. Looking at all of the comments from angry customers waiting days, weeks and some months for answers is disturbing to say the least. I am not going to resort to making threats, but I can promise you this, the noise I am going to make from being ignored is going to be loud. Bud Light loud. Don't bother with another empty promise, it's just insulting. The only thing I want to hear today is my doorbell ringing after my package has been delivered.

If I could give UPS a negative rating I truly would. Was supposed to have my package delivered on Saturday. Didn't happen. Monday didn't happen. Nothing on Tuesday. Was told I could pick it up on Tuesday, drove 3 hours. Package wasn't located. It's now Thursday and STILL NOTHING!!!!!!Customer service is a COMPLETE joke. And UPS has the audacity to try and strike. For what??!!!

Beware of their wrapping skills. A fragile package was broke once reaching its destination! I am over one month with dealing with the store and UPS to get around $70 back in my wallet!

Acted like my mail wasn’t there, then as I’m walking out calls me that she had it. Once I looked at it saw it had clear tape covering the opened mail meaning they were scared to show me nice try.

Not open when it is posted or others with UPS says it is. closed - 30 min early. Not open at all. Will be interesting to see what happens next in this saga of trying to get my package.

The worst. The absolute worst. They were supposed to open at 4:30. The building was dark and deserted. People waiting outside. I waited for 45 minutes. Others in line said this has happened before. Terrible location. The employees took up all the customer service parking, so I had to park far out in the employee lot.

Here 10 minute after they are supposed to be open and the inside is a ghost town with no employees present. How am I supposed to pick up my package in your 4 hour window of being open if yall can't get open on time.

Despite their being a sign saying there is customer parking, there is zero customer parking fort which forces you to park like half a mile away. It's utterly ridiculous
