Went in at 6:58pm [ now i understandi was cutting it close to the closing time - but THE LIGHTS WERE ON!!!!]. There were 3 employees at the counter! WENT TO THE COUNTER AND SAID HELLO AND WAS IGNORED BY ALL 3 EMPLOYEES! THEY WAITED UNTIL IT WAS 7PM TO SAY SORRY WE CANNOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGE! It would've taken less than a minute to scan my package!
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! They did not have to wait 2 WHOLE MINUTES TO TELL ME THAT! All they seem to have been doing was putting tape over a box that was already taped and standing still!
It was an older Indian man that seemed like the manager who was being very passive aggressive in his tone and telling the other two employees to do something else while I was waiting at the counter just so I could be ignored!
YOU'RE GETTING PAID TO DO YOUR JOB LITERALLY UNTIL CLOSING TIME NOT UNTIL YOU DECIDE YOU'RE CLOSED.

Walked in at 6:58 pm to send an important package said hello to the guy at the counter, there were 3 employees there and the guy waited until 7pm to say they were closed... We could've been done in 30 seconds but no. Absolutely worthless!

if I could give zero stars I could, I called this location because my package has been delayed for more than a week now. This was the location it was listed at as it’s been delayed, I called to get information about a new delivery date or as to why it’s been delayed for so long, as soon as the worker picked up the phone he didn’t even bother to hear out my problem, I was automatically told to call customer service and then got hanged up on. Very rude and unprofessional, I was hoping to get the good customer service that other people have posted about it.

Had an extremely important package that was overnighted 6 days ago and still have not received. Was told it was three stops away yesterday and it did not deliver. Package was to be delivered today and it’s in Haslet Texas 20 min from me and not going to be delivered again today they forgot to put on truck. So now tomorrow. They have lied several times and this is unacceptable.

I love coming to this UPS for shipping or returns. The associates are very nice and professional. I usually bring my kids in with me, and they are so nice and open the door for me and help me take packages in from my car if I need help.
