The check is process for the business is ridiculous. I have checked online many times and arrive when it tells me and I wait over a 1/3 hour until my turn. This time I decided to be there at the time and the system cancelled my appointment. You just lost a customer forever.

I am sure the stylists are normally friendly and provide a great cut. I am new here, get anxious in public, just give a little description of me. I walked into checked in on the tablet in the store. There was nobody waiting inside the whole time I was there, 2 people getting a cut. The first lady finished her customer and began to fiddle with things for a few moments. I'm still waiting for my cut. As soon as another customer comes she jumps and asks him to take a seat. I said, what about me? She said he checked online. The other lady was done with her customer as well. Still waiting around, with others inside now, I got the feeling I was gonna keep waiting. When did the other guy check in, 30 minutes before he showed up, because I was checked in for about five minutes and nobody cutting hair. They never said anything about am appointment, just that they checked in on line. But was I checked in first? If this is a policy thing, it's kinda backwards.In reply to response, checking in online allows people checked in and already waiting, before the other individual arrives, longer... in turn feeling as though I am being skipped.

I LOVE THE MVP EXPERIENCE!However your app sucks for making an appointment. Everytime I use it, I login, select my Sports Clip, then select my stylist, and check in. Once I do that, it puts me in line for first available. Then I have to call the store, interrupt your stylist and ask to be assigned to my stylist of choice. I have deleted and installed the app more than 20 times and it still does the same thing.Service: Hairstyling

10/17/23 - After not using this business for a couple months I found out the hard way what the new app does for anybody that doesn’t use it. After checking in and waiting over 1 ½ hours I looked up to see where I was in line. There were about ten names ahead of me and about another 1 ½ hours wait behind people that weren’t even there! THAT pissed me off. No first come first serve here. I am careful NOT to load everyone’s apps on my phone. It is a BAD idea to load all that cruft on your phone and I don’t want it on mine. This place was a convenient stop to get my hair cut while going about my business. The few gals that did a good job on my hair are long gone, I only hoped somewhere amongst the rapid turnover to get a new employee that actually does a good job. Sure, I can screw the permissions down on the app and protect my privacy and personal information. I don’t want to have to have to keep checking the permissions of this app to guard against it elevating its’ permissions during a “silent update” as others have done that had to be immediately and securely deleted. There are similar businesses that still have respect for their customers, have a business model for grownups with ‘first come, first served’ and no app. They’ll get my business AND my money, the phone war can wage on here. Covid is far from over yet not one employee was wearing a mask. NO THANKS! This review is the last of my time that will be wasted on Sport Clips.

We didn't have to wait, and it went by quick, but Karla kept pushing us to let her style my son's hair after she got done cutting it, so we let her. After washing the gel out later this evening, I see why she was so adamant about styling it.I'll never be going here again.

They are always nice and super helpful at this location. It is always busy so make sure you check in online or through the app ahead of time. The facility is clean every time I’ve visited.

Haircuts here are fine, but expect to wait forever in store even if you check in online and wait for your time to show up. Somehow they still can't figure out how to use their own system so at least 50% chance they lose your check-in or have you come in an hour too early.Service: Kids' cuts
