“This was such an excellent and thorough tour that I'm already planning to go back with family visitors next month. Efficient staff, exceptionally clean facility, and relevant information. I cannot rave enough about the acomodations one student needed due to her hearing aids being controlled by an app. The initial federal officer was unfamiliar with such an issue, but she very quickly and politely went and asked her supervisor on next steps. A plan was made within a blink of an eye and the staff was compassionate.This tour has been on my to-do list for several years and I'm thrilled they finally opened up again post-COVID restrictions.”

Yes, I had to find out what his name was because he is quite intelligent, knowledgeable and evermore a polite respectful gentleman.
He has never made me feel incompetent nor ignorant for my lack in knowledge when it comes to the IT part of things. I told him (and Ozair, his co-worker) that he has the patience of Job. I then asked him if he knew who Job was and his response was…”Yes, Madam”.

“My son went to our local FedEx here in Roanoke, Texas, inside of Walmart, and the lady who assisted him multiple times (he came back for different things throughout the day between his yard jobs ) was absolutely amazing. She was very patient, caring, and assisted him with getting things printed up for scholarships and other mailed, as he is about to graduate. I am sorry I do not know her name. I was not there, but a very sincere thank you for service above and beyond - when I came home from work, he had glowing things to say, and could not have gotten things taken care of in a timely matter without the help!”

“Dude who was supposed to show up in the printing section decided to no call no show, so your boy Victor said “if you want, I can try and cut your copies for you” and I said not only do I want, I need. I am going out of town in the morning and I need these flyers cut out like right this second. I stand here in the back of the copy and print section in an employee only area helping Victor as he literally learns how to laser cut on this machine in front of me.Not only am I impressed by his work ethic but also his attention to detail, so the store gets 3 stars, but Victor gets 7, which raises the average to 5.Staples isn’t to blame for a no call no show so I can’t be mad, I can let staples know Victor is a great addition to your team here.”
“This location is located inside the Walmart off Golden Triangle. They should really update their Yelp page to state this fact. Overall, it is convenient for me as I live nearby. They employees are quick and fairly responsive. It would be helpful too if they could provide a night drop box inside the store.”

“I was having trouble printing my wedding invitations and went to fedex to see if this was a faster and more affordable option and it definitely was. Both Sabrina and Shaila were extremely helpful during my first visit when I went in to see what could be done and to get a quote. The second time I visited, Sabrina helped me print samples so I could take home to show my fiancé. A few days later I emailed Sabrina the copies and the next day she had it ready for me and they turned out so great! I’m so happy with my order and can’t wait to put it all together this weekend.
