The only thing you should stop here for is for gas at the pump. The people working in the building hold ridiculously long conversations and make others wait. Seen kids behind the register area. Asked for $5 on pump 10. On a separate purchase chips with card. The cashier said, "no split payments. So she charged the cash on the chips. Not what I wanted. I asked about the gas and she handed me a $1 and some change. Just use the pumps only. Not worth entering.

Every time I have gone into Murphy. The staff are always friendly and efficient I always enjoyed them. This morning the store was packed. 8 people in line 3 people behind the counter. 1 cashier open. I requested they open the other register and got screamed at by a woman not from Haslet are telling me she was training the manager. Being in retail management and administrative I informed her then she should know,when customers come in and a long line is waiting. You stop, take care of customers then go back. It’s standard and very important. I got blasted from this woman telling me not to tell her what to do. Became an altercation she asked for my name. If she is an example of training managers then you all have a situation. One other thing. Other customers were NOT happy waiting that long. As I said the regular staff is wonderful. This woman needs to stay out of Haslet. She should not be in the retail business. She would not tell me her name.

I'm just blown away since when did Murphy start charging 3.00 dollars for a refill.. the women didn't even know what to charge they where just guessing.. Ive never paid over 2.00 dollars for a refill this is outrageous

haslet murphy staff have not know deal with costomer because i was purchse $50 something and i give $100 bill but staff told me we do not have return $50 and send me back

Store doesn’t close til 1230am went there last night bout 1205am and they closed the store and acted if I wasn’t there then came out and said store closed but the sign in the window says 1230 worker responded ooh that doesn’t start til Oct 17th soo why have the sign up plus google says opened til 1230

Lady inside the store was completely over-run with customers despite her best efforts and running two cash registers. Tried 3 different gas pumps that didn’t work. Never was able to get any gas.

This in no way relates to the staff, they are always nice and welcoming, but Murphys is letting them down at this location. The pumps never work here either it's card readers not working, pumps not working correctly, or the pumps are completely out of order
