“Last week my husband and I rented a van to help us buy a fridge from Sam's club. There was a mix up with the mileage that was reported on the previous rental. The general manager, Audrianna, at this location was wonderful! She helped us fix the mileage so that we wouldn't be charged the extra miles that we didn't drive. Thank you Audrianna!”
“We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! If it wasn’t for these two employees I would be leaving a one star review. Thank you Keenan and Treven for going above and beyond for us and correcting the situation immediately!! Thank you !!!”

“Rented truck through the website and went there to pick it up. Friendly staff and very efficient process. The U-haul app has you do 99% of the process on your phone. The staff providing keys made sure I was fine with everything before I left, and was there when I dropped off. Easy process as long as you don't mind take pictures with your phone...”

“Everything was great. The store was very busy but turned over quite fast, and the woman at the counter greeted us not long after we entered. She was very organized and managed the customer flow well. She directed customers to the appropriate areas of the store while clients at the counter were looking over paperwork. We weren't in line, but she asked if she could help, answered a few questions and even lent us a tape measure to make sure the truck was big enough. And we were on our way in less than 20 minutes, including a walk back to the store when we realized we had forgotten to get moving blankets. This is NOT a criticism, but if the clerk who handled our rental had asked if we needed anything else and made suggestions -- blankets, boxes, wrapping tape -- we could have avoided that trip back to the store.
If we need another rental for any reason, we will return.”
“The young lady who worked the front desk was absolutely awesome. Very friendly, easy to talk with, and make you feel welcome for coming. She was hands on helping me get the trailer connected to my truck. She made sure to follow all safety protocols for connecting the trailer, safety chains, lights working, etc. I will use them again if I need a future rental and she is a part of that reason. Great experience.”
