I have experienced 2 cashiers being nasty and having bad attitudes back to back here. It really sucks because the actual owner is pretty cool, and they have a good selection. What ruins this shop for me is the insanely poor customer service. The only time I have ever decent experience here is when the owner or his brother are running the shop, which is why I give 2 stars and not 1. This is a smoke shop, shouldn't be a stressful experience.
