Ordered my new tires, said 1 to 5 days. Got them on the truck installed in 3. Didn't even need an appointment. Was out the door after a little over an hour. Always good service

I made an appointment and purchased a new set of tires online. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The service rep was attentive, as well as the gentlemen changing the tires, ensuring my needs were met. Great customer service and efficiency.

I setup an appointment on their online services. Went early to beat the crowd. My car was in queue behind a few others and finished up in about 45 minutes. Excellent service!

Samuel was very helpful and got me out of there in no time. I didn’t have an appointment and was attended too. He heard my concerns and I will continue to drive a hour and 30 minutes out to visit this location as long as Samuel is here.
Update: they don’t check tires and leave you in a danger spot when traveling on the road. PLEASE BEWARE AND CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE.

I don’t usually got to big name stores likes this but needed to get my wife’s Bronco in. Made an appt and when I arrived I was immediately met by Spencer. Between the 2 I worked with Spencer and Nicholas, super helpful and very informative. Big shoutout to this place and those 2, very appreciative. Just got off a 24 hour shift so I hope I got the names right.

I took my car in to have a warranty tire replaced and asked that they also rotate all of the tires. When I get back they told me that everything is done and that the tires are rotated, so I paid and left. However, it was a lie and they did not rotate my tires. When I called and asked them about it, they told me I need to come back tomorrow to have it done so I have to waste my own time to go back and get things done that they said were already done.

Tomas is an amazing person. I came here just to get my air pressure checked a few weeks ago and he was completely honest about the shape 2 of my tires were in. I'm back here today replacing all 4 of them. Call and make an appt with him if you want honesty. Nicolas is also great! Gave me a coupon for a $65 alignment.

I have had a consistently great experience at this location of Discount Tire! When I’m purchasing tires, they make several recommendations at different price levels and don’t pressure your decision. When I’m in for a rotation and balance, they are very quick and efficient. I appreciate them showing me the wear levels and help gauge the lifespan remaining so I’m not caught off guard later. They always have great appointment availability and truly get you through quickly.

We love Fish on the Hook. For 15 bucks, you get 3 huge cod filet and french fries. They now have cole slaw and clam chowder. The cole slaw, you will have to mix it together yourself. The dressing for the Cole Slaw was tasty, very good. We started to come every time there are in the areas. The pictures are from our previous visit. We stopped by yesterday again when they were in Keller.

The best service and they put air in my tire, so fast and got me on my way! Great place I will come here for an oil change and buy tires from here.
June 2024, I could not add another review but -I am here again to get my tires replaced and got excellent service from Isaac and his crew that day to get me safely back on the road. I bought all my tires from here every time and will continue to come here for any issues I have with all of my cars.
