I feel like Odysseus. My daughter and I drove 3 hours to go camping in our pop up trailer. When we got to the park, the top wouldn't raise, even though I tested it on Monday. We drove an hour to a place to see if they could fix it, that could not. We started driving home, and blew a tire on the trailer on 290 near Harper. The jack I have was not able to lift the trailer enough to get the new tire on. How does the trailer manufacturer supply a jack too short to function as a jack FOR THEIR OWN TRAILER? So now I'm waiting, for someone who can possibly jack it up higher so we can change the tire. After calling a few places being told, even though the camper weighs half of a small Honda, and all i needed was a slightly higher jack, or even just a wood block, that nobody could help with campers. I called Norris Towing, and explained our situation, and Cody came right out and got us going for a fair price, though I would gladly have paid for braces for his kids given how desperate I was. Mr. Cody was awesome! Took on the job of picking up one of the rentals for the Texas National Guard and delivering in an incredible timeframe to a local dealership for repair. If you need a fast and professional job, look no further. Extremely grateful he was able to respond quickly and very communicative about his ETA to my location and sent me proof of delivery once the job was completed. Very trustworthy!

Our car unfortunately stopped working in Harper and had two hrs left of a drive to Austin. We gave them a call and they quickly got to us and it was a pleasure working with a professional and a great person overall!!!!!

I backed my dad's truck into a post at school and got my truck stuck. He did me a huge favor in getting the truck unstuck. I cannot thank Norris Towing enough for fixing my problem. From here on out this will be the wrecking company I call.

Quick and timely response. Gave me an estimate on what time he would arrive and arrived on time. He gave me a text to let me know he had left with an updated ETA while giving me the options if I needed to leave my vehicle where it was. Between loading up the car and dropping it off at the garage to fix my car the service was friendly and personable.

I would recommend them to anyone. Arrived at the scene of my accident quickly, and safely towed my car with a sense of urgency. Even saved me some time and money by suggesting I use his tow yard and met me there after hours so I could empty my car. You can tell their customers are top priority.

I had such a great experience at Norris Towing. They were fast, honest, reasonably priced, and took great care of my vehicle after my accident. Can’t say enough good things about this company. They went above and beyond for me. Definitely not your typical tow service.
