Called 5 times through out the day and no one answered. Went the next day to ask about depositing a check i had for foreign currency. They flat out denied me and when i asked if thwre was anything i could do they just told me to call the people who gave me the check. Very unhelpful, and felt like i was a burden walming through that door. Will not be going back to this one. Wells fargo on the other side of town is way better, to bad i gotta go to the other side of town to get there.

The workers and atmosphere are awesome!! They're always willing to make sure you have an awesome visit!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a bank!! You will not regret your decision to choose this place!!

So dissatisfied with the help here. I’ve been banking with WF for 10 years personally, 8+ years with a business account and the bankers are no help. They “try” to help but do more harm than good because they do not know their own “products”. I could say so much more but I’ll just say that I’m very disappointed with WF all around.

Worst bank ever!!!! It takes over an hour to get help! The drive thru windows take longer! Absolutely ridiculous! Never again! I don't understand why if there's plenty of workers inside

They have a commercial lane outside you figure only for commercial accounts and tellers take a long time. Ever day same thing here at this bank.

QR code waiting list idea is horrible. I have banked with Wells Fargo for a long time and this is just infuriating. Worst costumer service provided using this method. This is an area with a lot of older individuals and those who are not computer or phone savvy live in and when they walk in the door they are clueless on how to scan a QR code and no one is there to help. This is so unprofessional. I think I will go bank with another banker who knows how to treat their customers.

I just spent 3 HOURS IN LINE because THIS lady spent those entire 2 HOURS on only one person while 10 of us wait in line because she was clueless on what to do in her own job. And after finishing that one person she left for lunch and left us waiting. Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. Would not recommend.

This is this worse worse bank service I’ve ever experienced in my life.. their commercial line is the worse service ever. They take an exaggerated amount of time to move the line.

If I could give this place no stars I would! This has got to be the absolute worst banking experience I have had! I didn't think about it but the first few times but it has gotten very ridiculous how bad of a service I get every time I go. Whether I go inside or drive thru the wait is always extremely long, today as I had to wait 40+ minutes to do a simple deposit and even once I was there being attended they still took a very long time! I was so frustrated and I am definitely not wasting my time with this place anymore. Customer is also lagging responding to me as if I did something wrong, i understand we all have some bad days but everyone around you is not at fault. Id rather drive a bit farther and take my business elsewhere then return here.
