Love this Walgreens. Always purchase my photos at this location. The only reason I'm not giving the 5th star is because it ALWAYS is under staffed. There is only 1 employee at the register! so if you need photos, you have to wait until there is no one checking out, then the employee will come over to the photo department . Add more staff please!

I am very disappointed on the pharmacy area that person is very rude and disappointed if it doesn't go her way has the dignity to just report you or rate you as not good at all that really shows how she really doesn't like our race of culture as she is from other country we respect and honor whoever culture we come from and understand our people

Do not go for passport photo services, pictures came out small and would not refund, also USPS offers the same service for less and verify that it meets Department of State requirements.

Very rude cashier on the drive thru! Very slow and did not care that the line was building up for almost 20 minutes, kept walking back and forth and ignoring customers at window then when she finally decided to ask us what we needed she rudely said we had to get off for the photos we had ordered when it specifically said we could get them thru drive thru! She said no and made us go inside after waiting 20 mins in line and could not get out since the line behind us was getting longer and longer and wasnt moving. Horrible service, thank goodness there are other walgreens here in Harlingen.

Pharmacy technician named Kristin informed me that stopping a medication "cold turkey" does NOT affect my 8yr old child's brain, quote, "She's never heard of that." Then brushed me off and placed me on hold. Well, sorry to inform you KRISTEN! But when a child is taking ADHD medications and is abruptly stopped, it can cause an increase of psychiatric problems, neurological disorders such as seizures and heart issues. So, until you go to med school, DON'T YOU EVER TELL ME it's no big deal. I know you don't care about my child but I do. You should be FIRED!

I have never left a review in my life but this experience left me wanting to leave one. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. I came to pick up my grandmother‘s prescriptions because we got a message that they were ready and they didn’t know what I was picking up or what she was taking and they couldn’t even wait a few moments while I called to verify which ones were to be picked up. The pharmacist rudely said that she was closing in a few minutes and that she didn’t have time to be waiting for me to verify my grandmother‘s medication. Why keep calling and leaving messages that medication is ready to pick up and you don’t even know which medication‘s to provide when picking up. Very unprofessional. I left wanting to cry.

I ordered pictures that needed to be picked up at the photo lab. No one was available to help. I waited patiently for someone, and no one came. The female at the front register had a line, but was nice enough to call not once, but 3 times over the intercom for someone to come help me. No one ever came, until after a while. The person who did come, wasn’t even going to help me until she saw me. Ridiculous!!

Horrible customer service from your pharmacy team. Rude attitude from person giving my stepdad the steps of covid test. They repeatedly raised their voice at him and talked to him in an ignorant voice just because his English isn't the best. If I wasn't there to explain things correctly to him patiently and with the right attitude who knows how that guy would've treated my dad. I've never experienced such a thing and I hope your teams get more training on how to treat the patients. There should never be an reason to be rude or disrespectful. It was a very ugly thing to see.

i tried setting up an appointment in the drive thru and the guy told me to get out of the line to help other customers. never coming here again i was her for 20 min trying to set up an appointment and they made me feel as if i wasn’t important enough to be helped.

This review is for the Omron Tens Unit. I was skeptical about how much power 2 AAA batteries could deliver, however after one use was completely sold. Also, the man at the cash register gave me an in store coupon for fifteen dollars off! He also told me if I wasn't satisfied to just keep the receipt and box for a cheerful return! I also own an Omron blood pressure kit that's 24 years old!! Still works perfectly, I hope? Lol.
