I just wanted to print out a photo. Just one picture and they weren't loading correctly. I went to CVS before this and they had the same problem. Just put an "out of order" sign on your screens please. Or else it's a waste of time. Then the worker says to download the app to print out my picture. They have no wifi and the app took forever to download. Never coming here again. Sad, it looks really nice and brand new too.

I was treated poorly by unprofessional staff at Walgreens 77 Sunshine in Harlingen. I realize my Dr’s computer was being updated and I took a paper prescription. The prescription was not completely filled. I returned to the Dr. who completed the subscription. The staff refused to fill it for 2 days from that date. The staff refused to allow me to speak with the manager, and the man on staff threw my prescription and my bottle into the drawer harshly. They refused to call my Dr and when they were phoned they still did not comply. I’m taking my business elsewhere, as acquaintances have. Very unprofessional and was treated like someone trying to illegally gain their prescribed medication.KS Harlingen Texas

If I could do zero stars I would, so I set this place as my pharmacy because it was the closest one being that it's 20 mins away. Every time I go they take forever and as well as when I call the pharmacy they always put me on hold for 30+ minutes and then in the end just ended up hanging up, terrible customer service. I waited in line for an hour then tried calling but they weren't answering my call, when I finally got to the window they tell me they've been out of stock and won't have any of my medication, they said that they have been "out of stock for a month", so I wasted all that time for nothing, I DO NOT recommend you put this as your pharmacy.

Don't get your prescriptions from here, this place will not answer your calls, they will leave you on hold for a long time. It is very upsetting. The pharmacy lines take forever inside and through drive thru. Countless times we have left the lines due to waiting for long periods. Here in line once again waiting, cars in front are also having enough of this and are leaving as well. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about getting their prescriptions from here.

I've been looking for an item and unfortunately haven't been able to find it anywhere. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. All 3 girls came to my aid.....Alessandra said that she had 2 in stock and began looking in the bins with the items they just received. She looked through 7 and on the 8th bin she found it!!!! Thank you!! Awesome customer service and very friendly staff!
