Horrible customer service from your pharmacy team. Rude attitude from person giving my stepdad the steps of covid test. They repeatedly raised their voice at him and talked to him in an ignorant voice just because his English isn't the best. If I wasn't there to explain things correctly to him patiently and with the right attitude who knows how that guy would've treated my dad. I've never experienced such a thing and I hope your teams get more training on how to treat the patients. There should never be an reason to be rude or disrespectful. It was a very ugly thing to see.

Pathetic to close your pharmacy to take lunch breaks. Have you ever heard of rotating lunch shifts to tend to your customers who are sick?

My mother went to this Walgreens to print out pictures from her phone, she left extremely disappointed for the type of "assistance" she got from the associate of this department. She doesn't know much about using the machines so she asked her if she could teach her, the associate refused to walk her through the steps, but placed the printer in Spanish, mom didn't argue and followed instructions. Half way the machine didn't load her pictures when she asked for assistance again the associate put her hands up that she didn't know anything about it, if it didn't want to load she couldn't do anything about it. Mom states she was speaking to her with a rude manner and clearly out did not want to help her whatsoever. She said she wanted to tell another person there about her attitude but was just too upset and just walked out.
