I would never recommend at all… they love to say waiting for insurance … and tomorrow and by Friday .. and when you start calling insurance they just summited paperwork and always asking for more money!!!! They don’t care about customer… they can leave you without a car for months…I wonder who can we report this kind of behavior to? Is it just better business bureau??So frustrated with them!!!Wanted to add some photosLike they say pictures say a thousands of words..Looks like they put glue on it !!!Before they say that I had said don’t do anything more to it… I did cause they had said they had already had fixed the panels but as you can see …No pride in their work!!! As much as I hate car troubles, Tommy Grahams always makes it easier to deal with. The ladies in the front office always treat me like family. The guys giving me estimates, working on my car & the boss, always give me honest feedback, show me all the options I have & let me choose how much work I want done on my vehicle— which I really appreciate. This is a family owned business, which really reflects on how you are treated here. I would only recommend Tommy Grahams to my friends and family!

Please dont ever take your car there.. Nothing but a bunch of lazy lying con artists.. The owner will take as much money as they can from ur insurance by charging for other work and parts not used on ur vehicle.. i was there one day next to the guy that did the pin stripping on my car, i called the owner on the statis on my car and completely lied to me right under my face, when i was there next to the car..They have had my car for 3 months and still cant finish the car..Everytime we go he says tomorrow or next week.. They already had the parts and now they are charging more money from the insurance to release my car..At the point of getting an attorney and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau..Services: Steering & suspension repair

Not worth it, just go somewhere else.I got into a collision and was sent here by my insurance. My car sat in the shop for 5months getting “worked on” 2 hours after picking it up it breaks down, my car also had new damages that were not there prior to it getting to the shop.They charged my insurance for an oil change and break fluid change which was never actually done and I had to pay for those myself. Months later I’m still finding things that they supposedly “fixed” but other mechanics have said these things were never replaced. This shop got thousands of dollars from my insurance without even really fixing much, they are very shady and unprofessional.

Not what it use to be: secretary rude n needs to go, the adjuster who handled claim no follow up. This company can do so much better. Accountability???

We took our van into Tommy Graham to have the front bumper replaced. They did excellent work, their prices were very reasonable (and the final price was the exact quoted price), they fixed it within 48 hours of starting the repair work and everyone was very professional and kind. Because they do high quality at reasonable prices, they do get backed up with work (it took 7 days from me paying the parts deposit until they could work out the vehicle), but they are worth the wait. Very very pleased. Not only did they fix my bumper BUT they cleaned my car inside/out so well!! I got it back and was just amazed how the detailed cleaned everything and packed all my belongings in a box and even cleaned my trunk! Just great!Service: Body & Trim
