As a Take 5 customer I love that I can stop by for tire pressure check/refill and top off on my oil anytime between scheduled oil changes at no cost!!!

I am right now here to change oil. But unfortunately they are helping other customers and new ones as well. And still here waiting for them to help us. Take 5 took 1 hour. The one car leaving was here after me. And still waiting. As you can see silver truck was here after me. And still waiting.5/29/24 so now I am getting a check engine light. So I went to the autozone and this are the results. Please see the pictures. Now they messed up with my car. Not coming back.

You can't call the location. It's a call center far away. I just wanted to ask how late they do state inspections. Nobody would pick up.

Not sure if take 5 means a 5min oil change but took like 15 or 20min on car in front then the same with me. Not sure they checked my air or other components but didn't see. I went over to the on Elsa they were fast and even took the time to explain and check everything. They even offered us water on the hot day which the Harlingen on didn't. Not sure if they do same job or have the same parorities. I might have drive extra to the on in Elsa?

I did not have a good experience at this place keep in mind that I only took my car once.The guy who attended us was a bit rude the service was fast but I checked my oil levels and they put too much and honestly I don't trust them to take it back there ...

Had me waiting for over an hour just to here them say oh we don't have that type of oil (10 30) didn't know model took that oil I told the worker all Chrysler v6 mostly take the same , he should of checked and verify before had me waiting it's obvious they have no experience and knowledge on what there doing , my wife also went by with her Chevy suburban they told her they they don't know how to change that model yet they couldn't find where was the drain plugs, beware they might make a mistake on your vehicle just drive 1miles ahead to valvoline there much faster and better , what a shame on Harlingen employees at Take 5 oil change
