If the doctor prescribed me a medication, why the hell would the pharmacy technician want to verify with the doctor!? I went in on Friday and now I have to wait until Monday, that's if the doctor shows up for Martin Luther week end. I needed these medications as of Tuesday when my symptoms started. How great is this. My illness is going to be better by the time I get my meds. Thanks Su Clinics pharmacy. Great job! (Sarcasm)

I like that I don't have to get off to get my medication. Staff are very professional and is a fast service.

Horrible place. Incompetent staff that answer the phone like they don't want to be there. Very rude. Can't even set up an appointment cause they need to transfer my call several times just to tell me to call back later or they hang up on me. Recommend going somewhere else

Here, we go again, these 5 stars ? are going out to the individuals who are conscience of the patients in Su Clinica..thank you...I have 0 stars to those individuals who l have been calling the REFERRAL DEPARTMENT...my Dr's Nurse is trustworthy..l called yesterday to check the progress of my REFERRAL, All had been done since two maybe 3 weeks ago...who ever is in charge of the REFERRAL department, please take my concerns into consideration...and probably other patients...still waiting no phone calls ???SYLVIA RUIZ

Every time I call to get a prescription refilled and I select to speak to a pharmacist I get stuck in a loop of being sent back to the main menu constantly.This has been an issue with their phone service for many years and I have brought it up with the pharmacy and even at the clinic but it seems they don't care to fix the problem.

I was impressed with the dental department. My experience from checking to check out was top notch. Maritza did a fantastic job on my cleaning and provided education and suggestions through out our visit.

Horrible customer service when it comes to Covid 19 vaccine registration info. I'm having a hard time getting my 64yr old mom a vaccine. Man answered and I got an immediate shut down. Said it's for their patients only. Favoritism. Website encourages everyone to call for registration. I tried dialing to the other facilities but same man answers the extension #7 covid information line.
