Save your money and go elsewhere! Literally they have all these signs saying “not responsible for any damages ect”. That should have been my biggest red flag not to send someone to fix my phone here! DO NOT TAKE ANY BRANDS HERE BUT APPLE! Literally they know nothing about Samsung or any other brand they will just f up your phone!!

Awful experience with this company.I took 2 iPads for them to check and diagnose. They misdiagnosed both iPads and did not repair.On one iPad according to “owner” it was the “LCD’s” and it was not worth repairing per “owner”.The second iPad it was initially screen and battery that needed to be replaced. Paid for repair, picked up iPad and screen was extremely dirty. I requested them to clean it again since it had ugly stains on the inside of screen.The lady who is behind register said they would “re-clean” and call me when it was ready.I went back to pick up iPad since it was ready when I picked it up the screen was moving on its own. Took iPad back and they “re-checked”.The 3rd time they checked they said they couldn’t repair anymore- that they “didn’t know” what the problem was.They did reimburse me the repair cost but when I took it for another company for another opinion at Inno Repair the tech there at Inno Repair did repair both iPads and found that one of iPads “pins” were broken that are part of “digitizer”.Bottom line is they either broke the pins or installed a faulty battery that inflated and broke the pins.Also the tech at Inno Repair showed me the screen that he removed that these people had replaced and the screen was ugly and all scratched from the inside! Insane! I Can not believe these people here at STX get away with this nonsense!They misdiagnosed and left my iPad in worse condition that it was initially in. Thankfully awesome techs at Inno Repair fixed my iPads and cleaned up STX’s mess they caused along the way!Please do not give these people your business! Be aware of this business who is completely unprofessional and dishonest and can not for the life of them properly diagnose iPads!

If I could rate 0 stars I will. I got my Motorola One 5G Ace phone a screen replacement around mid-August and paid around $100 then about a week and a half after getting it replaced the screen started to flicker due to internal damage or just a cheap screen they ordered. A guy that works there told me it will cost $25 to replace it again. I accepted and then they replaced the screen again. As of September 7, 2022, I got my phone back with more problems. They messed up my front camera along with the adhesive that's supposed to stick to the screen and the rest of the phone together is not even stuck to each other and you could even see the inside of it. ?♂️I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Or for them to fix it properly

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES HERE! Cell phone screen repair that cost $200+ didn't even last one week. Reached back out to the store and no warrantee honored - said we'd need to pay again for another repair.

0 STARS! HORRIBLE SERVICE I KEPT HAVING TO CSLL INSTEAD OF THEM CALLING ME! MY PHONE NOW SAYS I DONT HAVE AN AUNTENTIC BATTERY OR DCREEN WHEN THEY NEVER TOUCHED MY SCREEN AND I gave them an AUTHENTIC APPLE IPHONE 11 BATTERY! When i called to ask why it says that they stated I DONT KNOW NEVER SEEN IT AND THE MANAGER NEVER EVER CALLED ME!!!!!!!

0 stars! horrible service i kept having to csll instead of them calling me! my phone now says i dont have an auntentic battery or dcreen when they never touched my screen and i gave them an authentic apple iphone 11 battery! when i called to ask why it says that they stated i dont know never seen it and the manager never ever called me!!!!!!!
