Has one of the rudest employees I've ever met in my life. Visited with my mom the other day after a doctors appointment. Got a breakfast taco, some coffee, and a strawberry lemonade from the refrigerator. While paying she accidentally pressed the wrong payment option and was trying to get the employees' attention. He was too busy staring off into space to listen to what she was saying. When she finally got his "attention", he was extremely rude and kept insisting that it wasn't his fault.. which we never said it was because we knew it was a mistake on our end. Instead of simply clearing It on his side, he labeled us "rude" said we weren't getting any of our stuff, shoved it all off to the side and then moved on to the next customer. Thankfully, the manager actually listened to us, and we were able to get our stuff. Some people shouldn't be working in customer service, we will not be coming back so long as that horrid employee is still working there.

Ice. Ripoff. A 10# bag was under $3. Now they switched to a 7/11 7# bag at $3.15. That's not merely shrinkflation, that's greedflation. I only go there for ice. Their gas is not good for the engine per my mechanic, but their food smells good..never eaten their...always a line

Lady at register was extremely rude because she was unaware Reign drinks are 3 for $6.50 like Monster energy drinks. This is my third visit already that this same employee gives me attitude when paying because she isn't aware of this current promotion. I had to go to the extreme to take a picture of the sign and show it to her. She still didn't believe me and sent another co worker to verify the price. She then continued to give me ugly looks because I was right and she was wrong about the price. She looked frustrated and just walked away. I told her there is no reason for her to be rude. Then she has the audacity to tell me that I'm being rude when the whole time I was kind and polite with her. The other employee had me enter my loyalty ID and rang me up and the price was correct. So now that makes me wonder if I'm even getting my points because she isn't ringing me up properly. I'm probably never going back to this store due to lack of professionalism and extreme poor customer service. She needs to learn to be more courteous with customers. To top things off I received no type of apology whatsoever from her or the other employee. So I guess it's ok now for employees to mistreat customers and give them attitude with nasty looks. Just because you are having a bad day gives you no right to lash out on customers!!!

Is anyone else confused with a 24 hour Stripes that closes every night from 1-4. Apparently last night when I tried to visit for a refill on my drink, the cashier had already been asked several times why she was closed. It was very obvious that she was being defensive about having to explain herself. Right off the bat she walked past my car and staring at me like if I done something or even said anything to her. I asked "will you be open soon can we go inside", she did reply very sharply explaining that she was closed for the night. From 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. every night. That doesn't sound like 24 hours to me nor do I think she likes her job because she was very bothered and even though I had replied nothing at all to her, she quickly turned around again and very defensively asked "What!?" So I simply replied you must have heard somebody in your head because I hadn't said anything. Apparently these overnight workers do clothes this singular store for more than 3 hours every night costing your company profit everyday. The math is simple - 7nights a week is 21 hours 4 weeks in a month is 84 hours of zero profit for a 24-hour convenience store. After this experience I would definitely consider providing proper customer service training or simply a pink slip for the cashier that's not happy with her job and doesn't appreciate the customers who pay her hourly wage with our purchases.

The Cashiers are very nice, but those ladies at the Laredo taco are not nice at all. They don’t serve you with a smile you can tell they don’t want to be there and believe it or not you can taste it in the food they put out and how they put it together. Excuse the bit in my taco I bit it before I in wrapped it and noticed she left part of my taco filling on the outside of the taco. And they got 3 stars only because the cashier ate nice.

The fountain drink area was extremely dirty the employee at register did not greet or give any respect towards us as customers. Cashier was sick and wiping her nose and face with hands and touching store merchandise that will be later sold. *update* 2/4 Gave the store a second shot and cashier Ariana cleaned up the last shifts mess. It was clean and welcoming.

I never heard of Stripes until I came to Texas, but I can't count how any times someone has said “just run to Stripes†to get whatever we needed. Even when everything else is closed, I always find what I need at Stripes. And ICE! They always have ice! I know ahead of time, if I'm going to a bbq, someone will call and ask me to just run to Stripes for ice. I just plan for it every time, now.
