The absolute worst experience thanks to the hostile bully of a cashier....I stopped by this Stripes on November 22nd at 2:45 and the cashier answered her cell phone with her glitter case so I knew it was hers and asked the person on the phone "what are you doing? I commented to my husband how terrible it was that she didn't put attention to her customers as she charged us while on the phone talking. I also said we'll just go back to circle k where the beverages are more affordable and the customers are actually valued. This was a comment I made to my husband. As we were leaving she said something to us , but with the door open and the traffic we couldn't really here her. I stepped back in and asked her what she said. She very rudely and in a threatening manner replied " next time go to circle k" I asked her why she felt she could say that and the manager jumped in and raised his voice at us as well...be told us he would talk to her and said he hadn't heard what she had said. We knew he was the manager because we asked and at that point he felt it necessary to justify her behavior and defend himself . I will never go back to that store or any Stripes. She is horrible and a bully who values her friends more than the customers and the manager doesn't own up to their behavior . I'll.spend my hard earned money where I'm not threatened and I'm valued as a customer

I’m a city worker I work in the sun all day I entered the store today at 12:20 pm to get a refill on a Foutain drink the stripes cashier was charging me 1.50 for refill I explain to her that other stripes were charging $.75 for the big gulp cup she told me to go to the stores and Buy it at another location made a huge deal can’t believe people act like they own the store I shouldn’t even be putting this on here but the way I was treated it is unacceptable if you don’t like your job why be there

We drove half way across town to get the free coffee i got through a text and they refused to honor it saying it has to be qith the sip & save subscription. i read everything and no where on there does it say that

I went to the Stripes at 5:21 I know time because that is when they charged me. First off it doesn't say how many gallons on my reciept secondly they advertised gas at 2.42 a gallon while pumps charge 2.49 a gallon. When I brought it to their attention they stated they hadn't had time to change it to correct price. I told them they needed to refund me then and they said are you ready for this...its not their problem. well it will be now.
