There is no longer pride in a job well done. Told to pick up my item on a certain day then gave them an extra day and it still wasn't done. Had to go back the next day and the stit hung was so jacked up had to pay and look for someone else to fix their work. NO PRIDE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have never personally used this cleaners, but it is the one that JC Penney's in Brownsville uses for their alterations. I have never been to a business that has the worst service and that has a " I don't care" attitude. My son is making his First Communion tomorrow and he wanted to look good for the Lord inside and out and we purchased his suit with enough time to get altered. I'll never due business with Stacey Micthell cleaners, and good luck and God Bless you if you do.

The staff is very friendly and the service is great. They do quality work and at the same time fast service. The seamstress knows what she is doing and my pants looked fantastic.
