Worst experience with a car wash place hands down. They damaged my right rear seat on my Lincoln and the manager and owner said they are not responsible for any damage while cleaning my SUV. Definitely would not recommend.

Very bad service, their employees stole, the police report was filed, the theft happened today April 15, 2024
It is not a recommendable place, it is a terrible place that hires thieves.

Absolute worst customer service ever and False Advertisement! I am very upset with the way I was treated as a female and the amount I was charged when seconds later while I was in the building there was someone standing outside with a sign that read $25 full service. I was then told I wasn’t there when the signs went up when I literally was inside the building and no other car was in front of me. Manager claims they were working on another car and only post those signs when they have slow days, but when I pulled in all the workers in the printed Blue SUV were barely arriving for work and even if there was another car in front of me it was still a slow day as they posted those signs when I was in the building. I have been a customer of Spark all Car Wash for many years and very disappointed with the way I was treated this time around.

Paid 40 dollars and no final inspection had employees standing around while my Car sat there 4 hour and left trash front floor

Took my truck this morning 11/24/23
And had to tell them what to clean after they said it was ready and for the amount that I paid this isn’t a full detail it the first and last time going inside not fully cleaned not dried correctly again for the price not satisfied I’d could have done better on my own than the crew there did.

Took my dark silver truck in today to get a service done and the guys looked cold so tip them very well but besides that truck came out very clean thank you for satisfying me and making my truck look great good job

The customer service was welcoming and helpful! The employees took their time on vehicle and made it look spotless inside and out - they even added a car scent freshener of PINA COLADA! I will be definitely returning again sometime!

I have used this car wash for years, with that being said, I’m assuming it is the under new managers. I pulled up and there was no cars ? n front of me. The employees were sitting as they should have time to rest in this horrendous heat. But the cussing and really bad language being thrown out was not cool! I’m no prude, but I could see how anyone would be offended. I asked them to be sure and clean cup holders etc and do a full clean armor all and everything ( like I always get). I went to sit in waiting room, no one else was there. 5 minutes later about 4 or 5 guys come in and open the office door and start rolling dice, and cursing right in front of me. This is 2 pm in afternoon, I was a little shocked. Anywho, get truck and no armor all on outside at all. Inside is still sticky and cup holders dirty with armor all wiped over it!I guess all good things must come to an end, when the lady ran that place it was packed all day every day, now I know why there was no one there. Sad! Do better guys!

I came to spark all for the first time and the work they did on my van was super good the employees were good at doing wash n detailing my car they also offer seat cleaning n carpets (I’ll be back to do that) good job spark all team
