Do not do business at this location. They refused to answer the phone on Saturday; so I could let them know that I would be there around 11:50 AM. I get here at 11:48AM ( they are supposed to close at 12:00) and nobody is here. I call the number and finally get ahold of someone. To be told that they are going to charge me for an after hours call even though they was the ones who left early.

Worst customer service ever in this store. No people skills what so ever. The secretary Lorie in this store doesn't respect quotes given to customers one day before claiming customer asked for a different tire. Employees there then make everything possible to block you from future purchases. They need a reality check and know they aren't the only tire business in the valley.
