Worst bank I have ever had . I can see my transactions can't transfer funds hell I can't even use my card . And customer service is a joke . This bank needs closed down. I've already filed a complaint with BBB and the fac and tomorrow I'm going to my attorneys office and file a lawsuit against this bank .

I was looking for a quote for my car insurance, and I came to Security Service Federal Credit Union since it is my bank. I asked the receptionist at the door if I could get help and said they could help me. I was able to have a conversation with the insurance specialist, Rebecca Castillo, even though I did not have an appointment. Ms. Castillo was very friendly, and she could provide me with different quotes for car insurance. She went above and beyond with excellent customer service. I am very grateful to my credit union Security Service for helping me to get car insurance. I was able to say hello to the branch manager Maggie Fuentes, she was very friendly and let me know of the many products available in this credit union for our members. Every one of the associates working at the 1410 Ed Carey branch is soooo friendly. I highly recommend Security Service Federal Credit Union if you need a friendly bank. I also recommend to our members and the general public looking for car, renter's , landlord's, and home owner insurance to walk in this fantastic credit union branch and request a quote with Ms. Rebecca Castillo. You will not be disappointed.
