I wish could simply write a review without a star rating. This place is scamming people and I wonder how they are even open for business. They were not reporting our payments and told us they did not finance or take out any loans, but my fiancé found an auto loan taken out on his credit report in his name using his information and since they were not reporting our payments they ruined his credit and for the past 2 years we’ve been having a very hard time trying to get approved for anything. They have changed their business name twice already from what I’ve noticed which is why after so long I am finally writing this review. They’re sketchy and seem to be money laundering. I hope they get caught and get what is coming to them.

Bad bad customer service. We live in Mission, Tx so obviously its more convenient for us to call for the payment. Lately since they merged with the other business its been a headache to make a payment either they dont answer, answer and hang up, make an excuse that the man who takes payment isnt there, or that the machine is down. And now the worst one we have been trying to call to make our payment for July, I've lost count how many times we have called and it says that the number is busy. I tried searching facebook maybe to find another number to contact them but nothing. I find this very inconvinient and dont plan in driving all the way over there. If I could give negative stars to this business I would ! Dont even bother purchasing a car here !!
