VERY slow to unload truck. One pallet off every 20-30mins. Plus have to turn in keys and wait in the truck, pretty damn hot. Been over 4hrs in the dock and the restrooms for the drivers are horrible. I guess as long as they get thier merchandise, it's the hell with driver.

Please, if you are going to buy meat at Sams, check the weight of the meat. I just bought ground beef and the weight says 4.89, almost 5 pounds, and I always get 5 half-kilo bags, that is, 1 pound, and this time I got 4 pound bags. That means they are overcharging me by .89 lb.
I went back to Sams to clarify that and actually brought my scale to measure and prove to them that they are overcharging a quarter pound or whatever in their case
And they did not want to give me a discount so that I could take the meat (Christine) I was not willing to pay for something that is not correct
Honestly, please check the weight of your meat because if Sam's scales are wrong, it's not fair that they are overcharging people.
I've never had a problem at Sam's.

75% of the people who shop at this club are not members.
I've had 3 fraud claims in two years from this store. Nice way to treat a 40-year member.
I take umbrage to the fact that after paying my membership fee, I have to stand in line for 15 minutes behind people who have never been club members and never will be.
Mismanaged. It's typical for this area, though.
