they need to get someone to go look at the pumps, yesterday afternoon they were all full and the pumps were pumping very slow they're going to lose customers if they don't get them fixed allot of people go to Sam's to get their gas

Insurance pays $250 toward glasses. I went in and waited patiently in line. After I got tired of waiting I approached the lady working there and was rudely told I wasnt allowed to look at the frames without an appointment. They could have told me that when I came in. Idiots working there with no common sense.

Shopped the store for the first and last time Sunday (5/20/18) and it became a nightmare in the day time. I was racially profiled and unduly harassed by DAVID/ DAVE and his white crew. They came from inside the store after a white lie they believed to the core because I am a BLACK MALE. I had to go to the Auto Shop and they followed me there. In additional to that THEY came out front and watched my every move as WHITE MALES do when they begin their white privileges status. If they had taken the time to look at the store surveillances camera they would have avoided a forth coming lawsuit. It seems a LAWSUIT will level the playing field. Just wonder how many more BLACK MALES has been racially profiled and unduly harassed for just walking.

All the associates were awesome and helpful best Sams club I've ever been too they created me the directv people were super polite and had no problem assisting me the food was delicious and the checkout process was really simple and easy

This review is in reference to the LACK of customer service, LACK of courtesy @ the auto department @ the Harlingen Sams Club. I was there Friday 4/21 @ 615pm to checkin my car for the headlights treatment. "Dallas", That is what his badge read, "Dallas" head took my payment, took my keys & warned me me it would an 1 1/2, i said, "ok, no worries" a woman entered the dept from the Bay Area, & reiterated (in not a friendly tone) what Dallas had just informed me. So, I Waited for 15 minutes, then I decided to leave the premises to get a snack. , Before I left, I wrote a note with my info, (a second phone#)name, car description (my car was the only vehicle in the bay) to call me if any concerns. Confident that I would receive a call, I left, enjoyed my snack, returned at 7:40pm. I arrive at the store, to my surprise ALL the bays are closed, I rush inside to the auto dept, all the lights are out, and a sign reads, "CLOSED". I must have had a frantic expression, as a young lady walk by me, nonchalant & asks me, "are you looking for your car keys". I replied "YES". (Thinking that I would have to wait Until tomorrow for my keys) she replied, "oh, I have them". She proceeded to tell me that "they" had called me, To which I replied, "NOONE called me, to either phone #", she looked at me without empathy and handed my keys with my receipt, as if to say "to bad". Facial expressions & body language speak volumes. I left the building, I called the manage RAM to vent. My receipt reads "car in @ 6:19pm, car out @ 6:55pm" SO...... needless to say I was very disappointed with the custom service at the auto dept., it is senseless to have greeters with smiles, good attitude, when you have to deal with incompetence like this

The Optical Dept is by far the worst. Shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Despite reporting to management, nothing at all was done. Literally, all that was said, was a sarcastic "oh, so sorry" This place is so far gone from real customer service, Corporate needs to step in. The secretary was late coming in, on her cell ph and sent customers away when the line got long, w an excuse, they could not be helped. Instructing Medicaid Insurers how to beat the system for glasses! * And then * Being called a bad parent, because my child needed glasses!

Good merchandise, good prices and incredibly awful cashiers. Every time I have a cashier whose name is clearly Russian or Ukrainian, I know it's going to be bad news. I haven't felt that way since I left Brooklyn in the early 90s.
