The Harlingen Ross leaves a lot to be desired...the selection is limited and it's a messy store, at least it was when I went. The prices are fair but the quality of the merchandise is fair as well .....I suppose the fact that the store itself carries a plethora of products does help its cause. At any rate the Harlingen Ross is what it is and that is a discount store. After all, most of us love a good discount at the end of the day, and in the end that's what counts. Happy shopping!
