DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!Sep 16th, 2023 I was happy to have driven a Kia Sportage off the lot. NOT expecting to be stranded at the gas station with my baby and boys on October 19th (3 days after my 1st months payment) I had to leave my car at that store overnight was what OWNER / MANAGER CESAR advised it would be picked up the following day, which did not happen but it was picked up Saturday the 21st of October. With minimal communication, I was able to find out my car was not starting or holding battery power due to a rebuilt alternator and bad battery. Thankfully.. "the issue was fixed" on October 24th I was able to have my "fixed car" back.When I got the car back, it was showing different indications that something else was now wrong with it. Once I would power the car off and opened my driver door my radio on day 1 would turn off and allow me to lock it. This was not happening anymore. Now, when the car was powered off it would stay on not 5 minutes but 15 - 30 minutes with the radio staying on, a new dashboard notification showing "Shift car to park" even when in park. Also, the vehicle was not allowing me to lock my car with the key remote.I brought this to the attention of the "OWNER / MANAGER CESAR." and was told ,"this is normal, it has a delay and its not a big issue. It could be the battery was low on the key remote. This could be the reason for all the other issues."Saturday, October 28th, the vehicle again shut off on me while driving, steering wheel locked up and from that point forward my car was unable to start or show any sign it had battery. AGAIN LEAVING ME WITHOUT A CAR. Several calls were made to Cesar and HOMER RODRIGUEZ AUTO SALES to find someone to speak to about the time my car has been getting serviced and the issues that are consistently happening but the only person is Cesar. Whom, is always not in the office, doesn't know what is going on, doesn't try to communicate in a professional manner. But "HE DOES ADVISE HE IS TRYING HIS BEST TO HELP IF I LET HIM".When asked if I could get a lender car for the struggle now placed upon my family due to not having the KIA running. He advised they do not do that and I will have to pay $600 for a brand new Shifter Assembly that conveniently doesn't get covered by my warranty. As well, given the answer that it is an unknown time frame to when it will be running again.He has advised he would not give me a refund for my last car payment, and will not put the $$ from my down payment onto another car off the lot.Next payment is due the 16th of this month.. I have not had this car a day in November.SUGGESTIONS WELCOME AND PLEASE SHARE! I'D HATE FOR ANOTHER FAMILY TO BE DEALING WITH THIS VERY STRESSFUL SITUATION.

Don't buy anything here! They're selling lemons. $5000 down then when I ask what they can do to help they say "We can get you into something else with a down payment."Just don't buy here!!! Not even 3 months had to replace transmission and its also reading 12 codes! Quit taking advantage of people

I was very impressed with this dealership. The customer service is excellent. I was greeted with a smile and Vero was very attentive. She displayed the highest standards of professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and very courteous. There was a vast selection of quality vehicles from which to chose from. They are genuinely concerned to see their customers walk away satisfied. All the employees were friendly. Frank made signing the paperwork a breeze. This establishment provides an amazing sales experience with a personal touch.

i gave it 1 star only cause i couldn’t get on to tell the story, my husband bought a vehicle there in less then 2 months the vehicle broke down, Cesar Rodriguez keeps giving us the runaround, despite our better judgment he bought the car there but NEVER again, im searching for a attorney if ANYONE knows of any good ones , i was advised by the BBB that Texas does have a Lemon Law

Everyone there is so friendly and courteous except for one employee "Mely" she is very rude and disrespectful the three times I have talked to her on the phone... I am one to recommend places to friends and family but not going to recommend close family and friends especially if they are going to get treated the way I was. Maybe she should get more customer service training on how to speak to and treat a customer because I have more than 10 years in customer service and I HAVE NEVER EVER TREATED ANYONE LIKE THAT!
