Today the specials were chicken and beef ribs. The beef ribs were great. The rub was great and the potato salad was very good. You order at the rear counter then pick up. The butcher and the lady taking the order were super friendly. The meat market has 6 or 7 small tables. Alot of carry out business. The building is very nice.

Went by RVM and they didn’t disappoint. The brisket sandwich was so good NO SAUCE NEEDED. Tried the Texas Twinkies and they were on point. The sides, potato salad and rice always good and of course the chicharrones DELISH! Did get to sample some pork ribs…sooo good!

I hate putting bad reviews but I do love their food but customer service is poor. They dont greet and when they talk to you they seemed bothered . I work in an industry where customer service is a must . I dont mind supporting small businesses but if I am not gonna get treated like you value my business I will take my business elsewhere... Not the first time I go , and everytime I go I tell myself maybe they were having a bad day , but Nahh its happened every time ...

Brisket was delicious just couldn't believe the short amount of understandable on brisket but not on rice n potato salad could've atleast added a can drink for that price....

Brisket was cooked perfectly, it also tastes and feels like a high-quality beef was used to make it. Definitely the best cooked brisket I've had in the valley, probably highest quality meat used as well.However, the rub was extremely salty, and this is coming from someone who really likes a liberal amount of salt, the issue here is the outside edges of the brisket taste like salt, which means its got just a bit too much, sauce is good and not overpowering, but doesn't help cut the saltiness of the brisket enough, although the flavor is really good.If yall can nail down the salt ratio, this will be my go-to brisket place for sure.

Delicious chicharron and breakfast tacos. My favorite is the beans with Chicharron. It is a bit spicy but that's what makes it so good.

Stopped by for some chicharrones and carnitas, man are they good ! Staff was friendly, helpful. Definitely going back. Vengase raza a los chicharrones y carnitas !

Hubby wanted me to go to the butcher shop for good quality ribs. I was the only one in the shop, someone was being helped in the drive through. Gentleman must have walked back and forth five or six times, walking within ear shot and eye sight of me. I was hoping for a “hello, be right with you” Not a peep, not a nod of acknowledgment. Left after about 10 min. We work hard for our $ No need to buy from a small business that doesn’t seem to care about a possible new patron. Told hubby of my experience, he agreed. H‑E‑B ribs it was. TBH. Didn’t smell all that great in there and meat looked meh. Lots of good reviews though so there’s that and some like mine. Wish it would have been a good experience.

EXCELLENT FOOD! Super delicious. Service was amazing. Owners are so kind. The atmosphere is comforting and will definitely come again. I will definitely be coming on a regular basis. This business needs to be hyped more and deserves all the business. They have breakfast tacos of SOOO MANY different kinds!! And there are a couple for people who are not a fan of egg. We had the chicharrón taco and potato with bacon taco. They are delicious with a side of their Casera Salsa. They also have those Viral TikTok Chicharrones with avocado! The lady is super kind. I will be a regular customer. And let’s not forget all the options of meat they have for your carne asada needs!!
