Service is not good. I've tried getting ahold of someone by leaving a call back number and leaving a message and I haven't heard back.

A bit overpriced. The roll-up doors don't have seals, so your stuff will get super dusty. One big positive is that it has never flooded while I had stuff stored there. I used the facility for 9 years.
