Complete slumlord bums! I spend a weekend moving in only to find these crooks raised my rent within the first few weeks. I spent another day to move out rather than pay the ransom. What a joke of a business. I also agree with the other comments, the lady manager has an extremely low IQ and it took her 3 times running our card to charge us correctly. Don't waste your time or money here!!

Water gutters allow water to sip into unites damaging furniture. Would not recommend .

Don't ever rent here!!! All of our stuff in storage got ruined with rain and they are not doing anything about it!!! I had seen a post back in 2015 they had the same problem so I'm guessing it was never fixed!!

Security is very good here. I mean you get what you pay for and that's probably the best security system in town. I loved it here. The only downfall is the custom service. The new lady or whatever is very rude. She cares more about leaving before one then the customer.

Take you business elsewhere if you can. The lady in charge is exceptionally rude. While loading an anesthesia machine from one of the storage units rented by a local hospital doctor, the lady would not give me time to disassemble the unit or pack it securely for transit. Said she had spoken to the owner and he wanted us off their premises immediately. Then denied the physician even rented a storage unit there. Would not answer me as to where their property ended. Said to push it across the street to the Dairy Queen and load it in their parking lot.
