Took my truck in to get transmission fixed. Had some prescription Ray Bans that I had left in there. Months later when I was going fishing my glasses were missing.

This place was recommended to me, but the problem is that they have too much work and they do not give importance to finishing the work, leaving parts disconnected, screws loose, as they repair your transmission and after a year it breaks down again and the warranty is only 6 months

They recommended him to me, I took the truck, he treated us kindly, gave us the diagnosis, we made a deal and the work was fast.
We drove it at a distance of almost nine hours
And even now the truck works well.
The reason why I give it two stars is not because I am dissatisfied, it is because it gave us a one-year warranty and we will see how the repair works, and I hope we will not have any problems.
If all goes well, I'll give the remaining stars. We just have to wait. In any case, I can recommend it. ?
Today I add one more star. The transmission has been working very well, we hope it continues that way.
I had been keeping an eye on the work they did on the road.
The warranty ended and the transmission worked very well, we didn't have any problems.
So today I finish my comment.

Took my truck Wednesday was told it would be done by the end of the day I gave them all day called and they said the got the wrong part they will get it Thursday. I called 12:30pm Thursday they said it would take 3 hours. I called end of day they told me they would call me in 5 min never called me then closed shop. Friday I called they said it will be done at 11am I went to pick it up and it was parked in the same spot not serviced at all. He said they were backed up so I told them that's fine but be honest about it. I took days off work to spend with family because I thought my truck would be done. I picked up my truck and left they didn't care or show any remorse. Horrible service do not recommend.

I took my vehicle to get checked out and told it was my transmission. I took it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion and it was my battery and mass airflow sensor. I almost went and bought another vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Haven’t fixed my transmission I took it in paid but still not fixed maybe it’s a part it needs I don’t know

Paid 3400.00 for overhaul, took it back 4 times, had it inspected at another place and the found that there had been nothing done Cost me another 3800 to repair additional damage. Stay away!

BEWARE, BEWARE. I had transmission problems with my ram camper and took it in at Raymond’s Transmission to have it checked. He scoped it, road tested, then told me my transmission needed a rebuild and it would cost $4200. To $4800.I decided to take it to Juan’s Transmission and he scoped it and said that the main solenoid was faulty and had to be replaced but when they do this one they also replace two smaller solenoids. The total cost $449. and would be done in a day.I had Juan do the work and the transmission now works good. It’s about two weeks since and all is well.Service: Transmission

NOPE, NOPE NOPE. Took my truck in 13 months ago and spent over a grand for a transmission.1 week later we were back because solenoid wasn't replaced initially as any reputable transmission shop would have done. This week my mechanic contacted them on my behalf regarding the seal leaking and they said, too bad, 1 year warranty.I had my mechanic fix the leak and his exact words "they use the cheapest parts they can find and don't add an additional sealing element"If you chose them for your transmission work, it would be best to get your vehicle sold or traded quickly because your on borrowed time, my friend.Service: Transmission
