Cigarette smell is overwhelming! And I don’t mean like the person before me smoked a cigarette. I mean it’s baked into the walls and everything in these rooms. 1/2 inch holes in my sheets (looks like from cigarette burns), hair and mold In the shower that clearly hadn’t even been wiped down. I had to stay here in a last-minute trip because all of the other hotels in town were booked. Next time, I would rather sleep in my car in the Walmart parking lot and I’m not being sarcastic. Be highly skeptical about any raving reviews on here as it is likely their own management. Dead bugs, rusty lamps from the constant 100% humidity in the room… but dear God, the smell. The smoke is somehow stronger than the smell of the mildew. The baseboards hadn’t even been wiped in close to 5-10 years. This is not a one off one room situation. They didn’t accidentally forget to clean this one room every single day for months. They’ve been putting those torn sheets on every bed in that building. There is absolutely zero care put Into their business. A place can be old and outdated and not be absolutely disgusting. This is all of the above.

The only more or less decent thing is the location, the dirty rooms with a horrible musty smell, they offer breakfast but there is no space for everyone, it fills up quickly and you don't have enough, the beds are uncomfortable, I have stayed in others of the same and nothing to do with this one. I do not recommend it.

No hot water you will have to shower elsewhere maybe a truck stop because you won't get one here at least not a warm one. Also don't count on breakfast but they do have a coffee maker in the room.

It was late and we ended up staying in town. I originally went next for to the motel 8 for the pricing but quickly noped it out of there. Came here..Almost $100 for twin beds, got it off the choice website for just under $90. The receptionist was friendly. He did what was needed. The room smelled terrible. Straight mildew, I woke up the next morning with a horrible cough. The room was fine albeit a little dirty. They definitely need a spring cleaning. The bathroom was a completely different story. Whoever patched it up did a terrible job. I almost didn't want to get clean. The hot water wasn't working. I called the front desk and they said just to let it run. I did that and we eventually got showers. We missed the "continental breakfast" but this is what was left. Definitely do not recommend.

This place is crawling with roaches. I’ve smashed a few dozen in the last couple days. Had one crawling on my neck, several on the bed, desk, and dresser. The little suckers move too quickly or I’d have killed more. It seems to help a bit if you leave the lights on, but that doesn’t help with sleep. Also, there’s no hot water.Staff is nice, hotel is awful.

I have always had good luck with Quality Inn. At first, it was a little hit and miss with the first 2 rooms that the receptionist gave me. Nothing siious! The receptionist was quick to resolve the issues and the room that was in great shape. I stepped away in the morning to run errands and found the bed was made, and fresh towels were waiting on my return. This motel is a good place to stay, the customer service is great, and walking distance from HEB. 1st room provided wasn't clean, 2nd room, although the beds were comfortable the shower had NO PRESSURE and barely had hot water, the AC wasn't working properly, so it barely cooled the room and the door wouldn't deadbolt. Telling the front desk was useless. They said they'd inform maintenance but no repair was made while we stayed nor were we offered another room. We were however locked out of our room and had to have it rekeyed to stay the second night.Safety: Our door wouldn't deadbolt and was UNSAFE
