“Was upset at first, but supervisor and mail carrier redeemed themselves. I was waiting for a package that I had to sign for all morning, but there was never a knock on my door. Instead , I found a slip for a missed delivery in my mail box which is strange because there was never a delivery attempted in the first place. I guess they just assumed I wasn't home even though my car was right in front of my apartment. At first I tried to call the 1800 number, but it is impossible to talk to a human and their automated services are VERY bad and will not give you enough time to put in your tracking number, so my only other option was to go to the post office myself to file a complaint. I talked to the supervisor and he took care of the issue right away and he was able to contact the mail carrier to turn around and deliver my package. I was very impressed with how fast they fixed my problem. So I guess I can let them slide with this little mishap with how good they handled it.”
