Bad labor prices, great place to find your Traxxas parts BUT DONT let them work on your RC because if you did not buy the rc with them, they will charge you an arm and a leg for any little work they do and also bad management treatment (owner)

The employees here are very helpful and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend. They have good stock too. Some specialty items that you won't find in other hobby shops.

They helped me fix/upgrade my car and always know what parts im referring to even though i dont know the part names. I went to the mcallen location, they didnt have what i needed but called the harlingen location to put my stuff on hold so i could pick it up the next day.

Horrible customer service. Bought two Jeep’s and had to take them back because they were messed up, they wanted to charge me $1800 to get them back and then they ended up being lost. Cannot get a hold of corporate. Just horrible all around.

Pesimo servicio en mi vida vuelvo a comprar ahi !!! Aparte de k no atienden bien primero t pintan las cosas muy bonito y alaera hr k algo pasa t ponen puros pretextos!!!!! Desde k compre la jeep verde la an teniendo en la tienda solo 3 vecez enbun mismo dia la uso mi niño y desde agi ah estado en la tienda
