First time ever to a Midas. They have been around for decades. My wife and I are traveling in our RV and needed our tow car brakes checked. Although the pads were good, the front rotors were burnt. Very fair price on the rotors and new pads ( you don't want new rotors with old pads) scheduled for 7:30 the next morning. They got the vehicle right in and had it done in about an hour and I was on my way.

The service was outstanding! Everything that needed to be done to my truck was explained in great detail by Joe. I had an estimate done at the local Chevy dealer where the cashier had to read through the technicians notes. Highly recommend Midas.

I have been pleased with taking my car to Midas for brake service. The service is done at a good price, and the work is done well. Jose Batres the manager I have spoken to at closing is always pleasant to talk to and seems to enjoy his job! I know if he enjoys his job, he is going to lead his team well and they will take good care of their customers.

Took my car in for ac repair.. 3 weeks later, it had been wrecked, and ac still unfixed. Assuming manager Andy said he didn't know what happened later, they admitted tech crashed it and had never informed the customer. They installed a new headlight like the customer wouldn't notice. Scratched and holes ,dents all along front bumper.

Was having this issue were my aftermarket Long tube headers were rubbing on the side of my 2011 Camaro ss and was causing all kind of vibrations sounds. Took it to various shops in Weslaco, Mercedes and Harlingen to maybe get this issue fixed and none of them were able to help but as soon as I brought it here they serviced me quick and also went on a test drive so the mechanic can know what exactly the sound was. I highly recommend coming to this shop great customer service and attended me quickly will start to do business here from now on thank you Midas!

Awesome Manager! Awesome customer service!Went in for a patch on my tire and was in and out in a timely matter. From the phone call to in person, pure positivity and trustworthiness. I don’t speak highly or leave reviews but let me just say, this place is Highly recommend from me! And will definitely be recommending to friends and family ??

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I hardly write reviews but this one is more than well deserved! Being a female going alone into a car shop is typically discouraging and overwhelming, but I felt welcomed the moment I stepped into the place. I am driving across the country solo and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Joe went out of his way to make sure I have a safe trip. Went above and beyond. I can’t thank you enough! And Andy was very nice helping me at the front desk. All of the staff were great. I guess I came at a good time because I got some leftover chicken from their lunch! Lol. Thanks a million Joe. This is your place for an oil change, battery check, and tires! Will not disappoint!

Went for an oil change , the prices are very deceiving , wasn’t told there will be an additional charge for labor. I was just told one set price thinking labor is included with that price if I didn’t have a coupon I would of been screwed and unable to pay for it bc I was told a different price if I would of know the actual prices I would of never came here at all. The staff was nice don’t get me wrong but very deceiving and on top of that not everything was checked that was suppose to be checked for the oil change services wasn’t pleased at all with the services 100$ for a oil change NO! Never again

The quote over the phone and at the shop is different. They said the alternator for our car cost 200+ plus $250 labor via phone. At the shop we paid more than $800, plus they are saying our battery is not good anymore but we just changed it.
