I recommend Metro PCS to everyone! I came here last week looking to switch my service and not only did I do just that, but i had the most amazing Sales Rep help me, I think his name was Iseal. But he was outstanding in every way. He helped me with everything I needed and took his time and had so much patience! Definitely recommend coming to this Meteo PCS!

I love this store.. I was helped by Skylar she always resolves the challenges me as a customer have with troubleshooting my device, along with my billing service as well. Just trying to pay my bill online couldn't ride with Metro my Metro it wouldn't take my card went to the bank ran around got told by Metro on the phone that they waive the $3 if I went to the store I went to the store the manager said they don't do that I finally called back and they changed their mind and gave me two days more on my payment! I hope it's not going to be this way because T-Mobile took them over, although it was always really T-Mobile hopefully it won't turn into AT&T or Verizon.
