Make sure you get a receipt. If they say they can't give you one, that means they're charging you for things they told you were free. I'm giving 2 stars because my issue was resolved with a refund but that was shady AF.

I recommend Metro PCS to everyone! I came here last week looking to switch my service and not only did I do just that, but i had the most amazing Sales Rep help me, I think his name was Iseal. But he was outstanding in every way. He helped me with everything I needed and took his time and had so much patience! Definitely recommend coming to this Meteo PCS!
