Worst experience ever! Don't come to this store you're better off going to cricket! Useless people don't know anything they were all over the place couldn't even give me a straight price they were so unknowledgeable it was crazy! Especially with their rude tone! If I could give no stars I would!

Don't bother coming to this location for any help. Went in to help my mom transfer her line to a new phone. Woman working there was the most unhelpful, least knowledgeable person I've ever had to talk to. Was more interested in drinking out of her stupid Stanley and messing around in an empty store than actually helping.

Great customer support. Had an incident where we were told if we paid for a case we would get a phone call. We've had been waiting for months for it but never got one. So i called and they resolved the issue right away. Thank yall for taking care of this issue ASAP. Definitely would recommend this place.
