I was not impressed. I have never been to a Merle Norman and made a $75 purchase and did not receive the free gift. But this shop did not have the free gift or offer us any samples or etc. Bummer.

Expected a warm welcome and refreshments, I had to ask for a drink!!!! I wanted French shellac and they told me they didn't do it and it takes a lot of time.... so no I won't be going back!!!!!
