They were really rude and didn't want to exchange my grandma's shoes for half a size down cause apparently If you try them on at home they are considered used and they won't expect them anymore even if you just got them the day before. And told her she can bring the box back. They went back on their words and try to gaslight her saying she just need to strap them in more but the back of her heel still come up from the shoes they chose to not listen and told her they fit her fine. Never go here for shoes they are rude and not helpful at all

I sould have given it a five stars but the respiratory therapist is very rude and has a very bad attitude Elda is her name is. The rest of the team is excellent like Adriana -CSR excellent service with her she helped me out…👍🏻

Worst customer service experience from a pharmacy. They refused to take insurance even tho my insurance company recommended them. All they want is money and will tell you to pay in full ask ask for reimbursement. I've delt with insurance coverage for over 15 years and their terminology is garbage at best. Save your money and headache. Management was just as bad. All I got was a condescending sassy aditude and requesting my private info after they refused to help me anyway...

Don't do business at this place!! Especially never do a contract!!Took my mother's money then come n recovered equipment n left her to fend for herself. They all bout money NOT HELPING PEOPLE.GOING TO DO MY BEST TO CLOSE THIS PLACE.

First time I’ve been sent here by the VA. They received my power chair last week. They told me it would be delivered Friday for sure. Come to find out, it wasn’t on the truck to be delivered. Now with Labor Day, have to wait till Tuesday. And even then, can’t call and give me a time. I had to cancel an appointment because I have to wait on them all day. Sorry communication with this company!!

Went in for shoe inserts for one shoe,the man destroyed my brand new 100 dollar tennis shoes, literally ripped the liners out with pliers, and on the wrong shoe,no thanks go somewhere else

Every time I go they helped me but my wheelchair doesn’t want to move and I got a work order for my wheelchair repair I’m going to call them today and I will see how they handle this

I've been here twice in the past few years and both experiences have been similar - poor, sassy customer service. Unfortunately, there's not many other medical supply stores in the area. Shop elsewhere if you have the time.

The owner didn't want to sell me a compression sock (and that's why I'm giving this place five stars).I started running and womp womp, I got shin splints. But really, REALLY bad shin splints. So bad I could barely tolerate walking, I was in so much pain.So I Googled. And I landed on compression socks as a potential treatment. Cool, I know where I get those.Except the owner didn't want to sell them to me! He told me he "wasn't trying to kill the sale," but he'd never seen another customer buy this produce for their shin splints.So he Googled it too. And he was pleasantly surprised!He got me measured and out the door in under 15 minutes.And I can happily report that the compression socks worked like a charm. I'm recovering nicely and was even able to workout again today.

I have dealt with these people for about 7 years now they've always been very good to me they've always taken care of me and they've always provided me with the best equipment that I needed. I'm a VA patient and although sometimes I have to wait for a few things because of the VA McPherson's it's always good to make sure I get first rate equipment today they came out to service my power chair I wasn't expecting them to come to my house but they did the man repaired my chair and evaluated it and was very polite and professional. If you need something in the line of medical supplies this is the place to go these folks are the ones you can trust God bless them and I appreciate their continued respect and assistance to the community.

Excellent customer service and great quality & product selection. I wasn't able to pick up the ♿ transport wheelchair that my husband's doctor ordered in Harlingen, and an employee from MacPherson's delivered it to my house in Edinburg the next day. Upon delivery, he showed me all of the features and how to fold it to put in the car. Great company.

Excellent. Simply excellent. This kind of customer service is rare in todays world, unfortunately. This was a totally pleasant experience in fullfilling a VA purchase. I'm sure their incentive was not strictly profit. Yet I was treated like I was their absolute best cutomer.I owned and managed my own small business for 22 years. This kind of customer service is not just a spotty occurance. It is the product of philosophy. Well done. Congratulations.
