got tired of chasing employees around to ask some questions, even sat at the pro desk for 15 minutes before the cashier would talk to me telling me no one was working the desk. Pro Desk I think not!

I don’t understand how a place of business such as Lowe’s puts up with some employees. I shop quite a bit at Lowe’s and don’t often use my account but last night I was very bothered. I purchased a push mower along with other items and decided to pay with my birthday gift cards. after using the self check out and bagging my items Astrid came and said I would have to use another register so I pushed everything over and she had to scan and rebag the items. Once the gift cards went through I handed her $300 to cover the rest. Her finger nails were one inch past the tip and she could hardly use the register, after trying numerous times to insert the cash into the reader she asked if I had a straighter bill because the corner was folded and she could not unfold it. Meanwhile the other self checkout customers also had trouble and two other Lowe’s employees were just standing there goofing off. As a customer that also works in customer service there needs to be a talk with employees to try and assist customers and have dress code as far as nails because the type of work at Lowe’s requires picking up and lifting items instead of just trying to look cute with mile long nails with jewels attached to them

Went there before closing between 9 and 9:30 and could not get anyone to help find the acid cleaner we needed. The lady up front pointed us towards the back but I had to look up online where to find it myself. We finally found the item, my dad wanted to know more about it and had some questions but after pressing that button several times and waiting in that isle for 10 mins no one came so we had to once again look it up online. We finally figured out what else we needed and headed up to the register. We bumped into 2 workers they were both laughing with each other. After they saw us and my dad asked if they could help with some questions he still had the one guy turned his back without a word. We talked with the other guy there named FRANCESCO but he was no help he just kept pointing to the can and telling us read the directions like hello if we wanted to read the directions we would have done it that's why we were asking him. Duh. They both need to be retrained because their customer service skills are seriously lacking especially that other guy who was standing there and acting like we were more of a nuisance than paying customers. Terrible experience. I'm just gonna go to home Depot next time.

I went to purchase a washing machine. The one that I wanted was not in stock and no estimated arrival date. The salesperson found one similar that was on sale. I asked if they could give it to me for the same price as the other one. The manager was called. He said no. Very disappointed that they did not want to assist in my purchase. A simple sign on the other washer that it was sold out would have eliminated the problem.
