You know, sometimes asking your smart device for recommendations when shopping is hit or miss.We all know we can shop big box stores, I took a chance while visiting Harlingen and asked for a specialty light store. It gave me the light house.DO NOT JUDGE A LIGHTHOUSE by the cover/building. Don't get me wrong, the location and building are fine. To a big box store shopper, it looked too expensive...I went inside, and the staff were incredibly kind and put up with my old guy humor. All woman staff at lunch, very knowledgeable.I was looking for many things gs really... security lights. In home lighting and a replacement range hood bulb which I was sure I would have to go to a hardware or big box store and pay $5 to buy.The light house stunned me with lower pricing than any of them. Yes, I checked.I will be back, for ideas, advice and buy lighting. Thank you to the staff...

Worst experience ever!!! Customer service was so bad as well! The 2 ladies there never helped and were the rudest! I asked them both for help they never helped me nor gave me any information on what I was looking for! I would not recommend this place at all! I will never go here again!!!

Have been purchasing there since 2002.Dora is awesome.The whole crew for that matter.Have never had a complaint against any of them.Excellent service, so many beautiful items.Have never even had complaints from any of the many clients I have sent there.You want professional service and quality light fixtures.Go to the light house in harlingen.I applaud the kennedys.

Here to pick out a fan with two young kids in tow who clearly didn’t listen at our instructions not to touch anything. The women were so sweet - one helped us out and the other entertained the kids so we could get things done. Who does that in this day and age?? Love this place and will definitely be back!

The lighthouse was a well-organized place to buy lamps the staff was very helpful in fact I think they went out of their way Unfortunately they didn't have what I need but I will go back in the future if I need anything

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. In my life. I wanted someone to check if the lights we ordered we're were correct and is was told that I was "complaining". Kari and her manager both were outrageously rude.
