Inefficient service! Did not send income documents to verify refund. Took extra 3 wks. N 2 days to get refund.told you don't send unless asked for,52 yrs filing never had that happen!VERY DISPLEASED!!

I think $600 for filing the last 3 years is a ripoff. Left the office without filing them and was still charge $50 for the estimated that was complete. Waste of time and money.
