This was a lovely experience. It was our first time there.
It’s a small business with a couple running the kitchen and orders, so best to go with some patience and time to spare. Not a problem for us. If you want something good, it takes time.
We ordered three sandwiches, but be warned — one can be enough for two. I had the Otaggio on focaccia bread. It came with spicy, roasted eggplant, arugula, artichokes, Parmesan slices, sun-dried tomatoes and a bright, crunchy pesto. I really enjoyed the contrasting textures of the eggplant against the coarse pesto and the flavor combination of the tart artichoke and nuttiness of the cheese.
We also had the blood orange sorbet that delivered on the burst of citrus as promised.
If you have a chance to stop by, it’s definitely worth the trip (and return trip)!

Everything about this place is amazing! The location is perfect, right in the corner, the vibe is so nice, the decor is very chic, the staff is amazing and the food is delicious. I recommend the duck, apples and brie cheese sandwich with a chill glass of wine. Glad I stopped by during my visit.

This is truly a hidden gem of Harlingen. The staff are amazing and the food is delicious. I like eating good food that makes me feel good and this is definitely the place. Nothing is overdone and it’s perfect.

First thing I noticed is the amazing décore it gave a European vibe! I was immediately assisted by a wonderful hostess so polite and had a wonderful experience! And lastly the food ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!! I had the Tuna Tucson first it was so flavorful this is definitely my favorite thing I've gotten so far then my wonderful hostess brought out my tasty soup it paired nicely with the fresh baguette half it was so warm and had a delectable crunchy crust and to finish off my wondrous meal I had a refreshing luscious strawberry sorbet! Loved it here will be returning to try the rest of the scrumptious menu! :)))

Delicious place, they are so nice, vegetarian and vegan options. Overall 10/10 place
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian foccacia option, and they can make you a vegan foccacia sandwich.

This gem of a restaurant is truly delightful. The sandwiches, made on home-made focaccia bread, are exquisite. They are also quite large, which means I got to save half for another meal! But it was hard to stop after just half, although I was full, because it was so delicious. I had the eggplant and pesto (the Orteggio) but there are also choices with meat. They also offer a broad wine menu.

Amazing , we love eating here! Food is fresh and super delicious. I had the Figaro and my husband had the Genovese sandwich, also the portion is big so it is definitely worth the price !!

An absolute yes. I had the most amazing roasted red pepper soup. The gourmet sandwiches are incredible and so unique and the owners are extremely kind. Must try!

Did you know that Laurel Park Bistro used to be a beauty salon? The chef's mom and original owner of the building was a hair stylist. Come check it out! It's located directly across from First Community Bank.
