I’m sitting here right now. It’s been over an hour. All I need to do is DROP OFF specimens that are supposed to be refrigerated btw. So gross, but this is the absolute best example of inefficiency in a medical facility.

This is the worst place I've ever been to have lab work done. No one is ever at window/desk for customer service. They have no customer service they are always in the back. Never ask if a person needs help. They take their time with no sense of urgency. Kiosks are always down and with no one at window the patient gets frustrated and leaves

I tried to call the number. I dont live in Harlingen so needed to call before I drove all the way over to get labs done. They just hanged up on me insted of ansuering phone.

I was waiting for a COVID test results and they didn't show up Friday, now I have to wait until maybe Tuesday because of the holiday?!?? Not happy, tried calling to no availability!

They close early so if you need to have labs drawn it’s better if you just see your PCP.Eventually the valley will have better heath services and labs that are stand alone like this one will become obsolete.Update- moving star from 1 to 3 because I did get excellent help at the Labcorp Weslaco office. Definitely recommend the office there. I was in and out in 12 minutes for lab work.As far as the Harlingen office…I got to the Harlingen office at 1623- but the doors were locked and the lady that was sitting inside stated they were closed. Maybe your office closes earlier than what is posted on the internet? But if staff are locking the door because they don’t want to go over the 1630, then maybe it just needs to be posted you all stop taking patients at a specific time due to payroll issues etc. Hopefully you all will streamline this issue soon.

Good luck getting ahold of the office you need they never answer the phone to schedule or reschedule or any questions u have and if they do it's a answering service that isn't local.. Nt happy I will make sure my Doc doesn't send me here again.

My professional opinion, as a Registered Nurse, is the employees do a fantastic job. The check in is easy with the two front machines that read your drivers license and insurance card. The wait was not long, they called me in promptly, and the phlebotomist was great (I hardly felt the needle). I don’t understand the reason for the bad reviews. I recommend them, and would not hesitate to recommend this LabCorp location to any of my friends and family members.

I was warned that this company was terrible to work with but there are limited options in Harlingen so I called to make an appointment. The scheduler was so rude that I ended the conversation before I was even able to schedule. Stay away.

I intend to report this office in Harlingen . They give people the option to sit in the car to wait. Then when they call your name doesnt bother to check that list and cause he was not in office when called was placed at the back of the list. Then when he gets in he informs them he had blood drawn already. And did it again. Then stupidly tells him I didn't need to draw blood. 2hrs to get a swallow test. I am so mad my husband had to suffer this way. And intend to file a complaint

I am a physician and I went for a routine lab testing on 7/15/2020 !I gave them the fax number of my primary care physician and my cardiologist and as of today they haven’t received any tests

The employees are very rude, I called 3 times today and I was just sent to a voice recording where nobody answers. They leave you with a lot of bruises because they don't know how to draw blood and they claim they don't have a billing department in Harlingen, but they are rushing you to pay the full amount of the labs even when they see, the patient has insurance and the request is ordered by a Doctor. Horrendous people.
