La Michoacana Meat Market is a great store and an awesome little Mexican market that smells amazing. The food is delicious, with items like roasted pork and a variety of tacos available in full view. The meat market itself is great, with clean walking areas. Many find the customer service to be amazing and the staff friendly. However, some customers report issues. The manager has been described as very unprofessional, blaming a customer loudly in front of others for a missing order and not apologizing. Some advise checking your bags before leaving as mistakes have happened more than once. The product selection could also use a little help. The parking lot is too tight and needs some maintenance or clean up. While not all staff speak English, they try to communicate, and going with someone who speaks Spanish or asking questions is helpful for those who only speak English. Many loyal customers will only go to this location, feeling more welcome than at others.
I love this place. I don't speak Spanish and not many people that work here speak English, but we do our best to try and communicate with each other. I'll only go to this one. The other michoacana on 77 always makes me feel unwelcome.

Their food items are in full view for your review. We like to get 2 to 3 varieties of tacos for no extra charge. There's roasted pork in full view also and can be purchased by the pound for true carnivores.
